Cold weather, dry indoor air, and the shorter days of winter can affect our well-being. Many people experience breathing difficulties, shortness of breath, headaches, fatigue, or a weakened immune system. Through yoga and conscious breathing, we can support the body, increase our energy, and enjoy the winter season with greater balance.

In this special workshop, you will learn and practice yoga postures and breathing techniques that help strengthen the immune system, warm the body from within, and calm the mind.

Part I: Yoga and Breathing Techniques to Warm the Body

During the cold season, selected yoga poses and energizing breathing exercises help warm the body from the inside, stimulate circulation, and increase vitality.

In this workshop, you will learn simple and effective techniques that can quickly warm the body and bring more energy into your daily life.

Part II: Yoga and Breathing Techniques for Throat, Nose, and Ear Discomfort

Colds, sore throats, allergies, and congestion can make breathing more difficult. Specific yogic breathing techniques may help support the respiratory system, improve lung function, and promote easier breathing.

We will learn and practice these techniques together.

Part III: Yoga and Breathing Techniques for Relaxation

Deep, mindful breathing helps calm the mind, reduce stress, and relax the nervous system.

In this part of the workshop, you will discover how conscious breathing can help you let go of everyday stress, find inner peace, and restore your energy.
