Long hours of sitting, repetitive movements, and stress often lead to tension that regular exercise alone cannot always relieve. Due to a sedentary lifestyle, poor posture, or ongoing stress, the fascia can become stiff and restricted. In this Yoga Fascia Special, we will use fascia massage balls to gently release tension and improve tissue mobility. In addition to specific self-massage techniques, selected yoga poses will be supported with the massage balls to deepen the stretch and enhance the overall benefits of the practice.
