Including a Yoga Flow for the Back as Preparation for Meditation and with Elements of Color Therapy

This special combines theory and practice and offers a introduction to the world of meditation.

In the first part, you will learn how to prepare yourself for meditation and what is important to keep in mind during your practice. We will discuss the fundamentals of meditation and share practical tips for integrating it into daily life.

Afterward, we will prepare the body and mind through a gentle yet deeply effective yoga flow. The spine and back will be mobilized, activated, and warmed up to support a comfortable and upright seated posture for meditation.

The main part of the special includes the following meditation practices:

  • Chakra Meditation – a guided journey through the seven main chakras to harmonize and enhance the flow of energy throughout the body.
  • Candle Meditation – for opening the heart and cultivating feelings of love, gratitude, and inner connection.
  • Breath Meditation – to promote calmness, inner balance, and mental clarity, helping the mind feel lighter and more relaxed.

Between the meditations, we will gently loosen the body and practice selected yoga asanas that support and deepen the meditation experience.
