Beauty Yoga Special: A Gentle Yoga Flow for Inner and Outer Beauty
(including exercises for the eyes, face, neck, and hands)

This special yoga session offers an opportunity not only to develop greater flexibility, lightness, and overall well-being, but also to enhance the body’s natural beauty.
In the first part, you will enjoy a gentle yoga flow that mobilizes, warms up, and strengthens the entire body.
The second part focuses on:
- Eye exercises that relax and refresh the eyes
- Face yoga, which strengthens the facial muscles, may help prevent expression lines, and relaxes the skin and muscles of the face, neck, and shoulder area
- Exercises for the hands and fingers, which promote mobility and can have a positive effect on the skin and nails
Afterwards, we will enjoy a deep Savasana (final relaxation) with lavender eye pillows, followed by a soothing hand treatment or beauty hand mask.
