Spring AROMA Yoga Special
For Greater Harmony of Body and Mind – with Self-Massage

At the beginning of the special, each participant will intuitively choose an essential oil with their eyes closed. This oil will accompany them throughout the practice.
The selection will likely include 5–6 essential oils:
- Lavender
- Chamomile
- Orange or Lemon
- Rose
- Peppermint or Green Tea
Participants are also welcome to bring their own favorite essential oil.
Structure of the Special
The effects of the selected oils will support and deepen the yoga practice.
The yoga flow is designed so that, before certain sequences of asanas, participants apply their chosen oil through a short self-massage. Different areas of the body will be included, such as:
- Hands and wrists
- Feet and ankles
- Head and neck
This allows the aromas to unfold their beneficial effects and accompany the practice in a unique and mindful way.
At the end of the special, the properties and effects of the different oils will be revealed and discussed. Participants may then discover why they were intuitively drawn to a particular oil.
The session concludes with a short meditation followed by a deeply relaxing Savasana.
Duration: 1,5 – 3 hours (depending on content and request)
