YOGA Women’s Special: Slim Waist, Flexible Hips, Strong Legs

With elements of Belly Dance

In this special yoga class, we will focus on strengthening and toning the abdomen, hips, and legs. Traditional yoga asanas will be combined with gentle belly dance movements. All exercises are easy to follow and suitable for participants of all levels.

The belly dance elements will particularly help to improve hip mobility and flexibility, release tension in the pelvic area, and gently shape and strengthen the waist.
