Yoga Special with an Eye Mask – Balance for Body & Mind

Gift yourself greater inner and outer balance 

In this special yoga session, you will discover how practicing with an eye mask for part of the class can deepen your body awareness and enhance your sense of balance in a completely new way.

Through carefully selected preparatory exercises, you will improve your body control and coordination, strengthen your inner center, and increase your concentration and mindfulness. At the same time, the flowing movements will bring greater ease and mobility to your body.

During the practice, you will have the opportunity to perform selected yoga poses while wearing an eye mask. By removing visual distractions, you can focus more deeply on your body, your breath, and your inner experience. This helps cultivate balance, trust, and a stronger connection with yourself.

The session concludes with a deep Shavasana (final relaxation) using a soothing lavender eye pillow, followed by a meditation in a gentle balancing posture. This allows you to fully unwind and leave the practice feeling calm, centered, and refreshed.

Suitable for all levels. Eye masks will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
