Chair Yoga SPECIAL for the shoulders, neck, and lower back

For a break during sitting work

This special yoga session is especially suitable for anyone who spends long hours sitting, whether at the office or working from home.

During the class, we will practice selected yoga poses using a chair, making it easy for you to continue the exercises safely at home or at your workplace.

The session includes:

  • Gentle stretches and twists for the spine
  • Relaxation and release of the neck and shoulders
  • Chest and hip-opening poses
  • Supported inversions to improve circulation and create a feeling of lightness in the legs after prolonged sitting

Each participant will receive a handout with the Chair Yoga exercises to continue practicing independently.

To complete the session, we will also enjoy:

  • Eye exercises to reduce eye strain
  • A relaxing self-massage for the head and neck
  • A short guided relaxation, leaving you refreshed, focused, and full of energy for the rest of your day.
