Autumn Yoga Special: Joints

Warm-Up, Mobility & Stretching 

During the cold and damp season, our joints need special attention. Lower temperatures and humidity can make them more sensitive to movement and less flexible. If the joints are not regularly mobilized, this can affect the entire body and limit our freedom of movement.

This special class is designed to gently mobilize, strengthen, and stretch the joints, helping them stay healthy and resilient. Together, we will prepare the body to stay active, mobile, and well throughout the colder months and enjoy the best that winter has to offer.

Program

  • Centering and breathing practice
  • Shoulder joints: warm-up, mobility, and stretching
  • Hip and knee joints: warm-up, mobility, and stretching
  • Hand and foot joints: warm-up, mobility, and stretching
  • Deep Shavasana (relaxation)

Duration: 1,5 – 3 hours (depending on content and request)
